Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose your arrangement, add it to the cart and complete our secure checkout with your delivery details. If you prefer a personal service, message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form and a florist will build the order with you.
What is the minimum order value?
Our minimum order is $45.00. Orders above $150 qualify for complimentary hand delivery.
How much notice do you need?
24–48 hours notice for hand-tied bouquets. Bespoke commissions, weddings and installations should be booked as early as possible — we recommend four to six weeks for events.

Where do you deliver?
North Carolina statewide, with same-day delivery in Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Cary and Chapel Hill.
What are the delivery fees?
Complimentary delivery on orders over $150. A local delivery fee of $18 applies below that.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes — choose your preferred window at checkout or add a note. We confirm timing by email or WhatsApp and send a notification when the arrangement is on its way.

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

Wallet addresses are displayed at checkout and on your order's payment page. They are configurable by our team, so always use the address shown with your order.
How do I submit proof of payment?
After sending your transfer, open your order's payment page and upload your transaction ID (hash) together with a screenshot or PDF of the confirmation. Our team reviews proofs and confirms orders once the transaction is verified on-chain.
What should I check before sending crypto?
Always verify the wallet address, the network (for example TRC-20 versus ERC-20), and the exact amount shown for your order. Cryptocurrency transfers are final and cannot be reversed. If anything looks unclear, message us before sending.
How long does confirmation take?
Orders are confirmed after 1–3 network confirmations. Allow up to 30 minutes for your payment proof to be reviewed.
Freshness & support
What if my flowers arrive damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours with a photo and your order reference. We will replace the arrangement or refund it — whichever you prefer.
How do I care for my arrangement?
Keep it away from direct sunlight, top up the water daily and trim stems at an angle every two days. Our care card is included with every delivery.
